Many. Can't use bad language so i'll leave it at that.
General Comments
Pets at home, what can i say but unhelpful, uninterested not bothered. I ordered a rabbit hutch on the website to be delivered to my friends address. On the website it asks for a billing address, pretty normal question, then you can add a different delivery address later, which i did. Delivery should have taken up to 4 days. 4 days later my friend hadn't received to hutch. Phoned pets at home customer service to find out why, apparently they tried to deliver to my billing address. They said they would e-mail UPS the delivery address and get it despatched as quickly as possible. A few days later phoned pets at home to check my order and its tracking only to find i had to phone UPS. Phoned UPS to check its ETA only to find that pets at home had not done any thing that they told me they had. Gave the UPS my friends delivery details and was told by them it WILL be delivered the very next day.
