General Comments

I have recently been looking to purchase an elliptical trainer and stumbled across the UK Sports Imports website on the internet and they seemed every competative in price. I called up to check on the delivery of my product as they have a number of options avaliable on their checkout next day two man etc. I opted for the standered free 1 man delivery. As most other sites online I was expecting the delivery to take around a week or more. Much to my suprise the next morning I received an email informing me that my item had been sent out with the delivery man and delivery should be expected the next day. Item arrived as promised. The item was easy to put togeather and took virtually no time at all, The only query I had is that there was no warrenty card in with the item so I called up and the girl their informed me that they keep all the records online now so there is need for a paperbased record to be kept, he only thing I would need to quote when calling is my order number or postcode which I thought was great, if only all companies did this now. Overall I am very pleased with my trainer and would deffinaly reccomend this company. The only problem that I have is now I have no excuse to make to the wife not to excerise!!
