Bad Points

Service is appaling and I don't expect to pay £600 for a machine that has spend most of the last 2 years either brocken or in for repairs.

Don't buy Gaggia


General Comments

Gaggia Titanium is a good looking machine but its not reliable and has spent most of the last 2 years not working.

Had the common venting problem and has already been back for repairs twice, once 3 weeks after it had just been returned.

Has brocken down again and would like to send it back for repairs again but can't get anyone in customer services interested.

Have filled in their onlione form and contacted them 6 times now and am still waiting for it to be collected.
