It has tainted my view on women in general.
General Comments
Good point is that Plenty of Fish is free. So at least you haven't thrown money away. Other than that it isn't a good way to meet women. I have met one or two females who look nothing l ike their pics.
In general women don't respond. The few mail you get are from much older women who are not really suitable. Again I agree with other posters women on POF have an over inflated opinion of themselves and unrealistic expectations of what they think they deserve.
To prove a point I put up a fake profile saying I was a middle aged successful wealthy business man who was looking for a soulmate. It was so corny and fake. I said I had come to a point in my life where business wasn't important and was kooking for someone to travel with etc.
I got more than 150 replies in less than two days! The funny part was I got dozens saying they thought I ws the most honest and genuine decent person on the site. It confirmed what I already suspected.
High percentage are after a meal ticket and actually believe they are too good for normal blokes.
