Best bits are the beauty salon and the creche. Generally the staff are good but the membership administration and head office customer service is very poor. They are ok whilst taking your money.
General Comments
They increased our DD to the amount they wanted to with no notification. This is not within the terms and conditions but hey Esporta Health Clubs can do what they want !! Esporta - Berkshire. What a shame it used to be such a good health club. All that happens now is the standards are dropping and the membership going up. There also seems to be a regular change in Manager.
