Good Points
Course materials are well structured. Tutors and administrators are extremely helpful and dedicated. Online discussions are just fantastic. Online library is outstanding. Worldwide reputation is unparalleled.

Bad Points
Hard to find out.

General Comments
Open University is indeed an excellent university. I have a BA at a traditional university and an MAODE from OU. Compared to other universities that provide distance education to students, OU is the best, and it model has been adopted in many other countries.
