Bad Points
Call centre too far away, too costly and you were left hanging before you even got through!
General Comments
Help not readily available as call centre in India. Spent in excess of £35 calls at the beginning.
Now after a year they are trying to bill me for the last 6 months when I switched provider 6 months ago.
I have tel constantly in the past 6 months yet it has still not been concluded. one big scam to keep charging you.
I made 4 phone calls 6 months ago to cancel them.
It must be way past £35 in tel calls.
Yet I paid by direct debit for a full 12 months timely.
Don't touch Tiscali with a barge pole !!!
