Good Points

There is nothing good about this company.


Bad Points

Kept getting hung up on witing for a customer service rep., no physical address and no working direct phone numbers. no solid aggreements with local flourist shops, so they take the order without knowing if they can even deliver on time. Example, I placed an order for Mother's Day and the item was never delivered and the answer I received was that there were no local flourist that would do the order for the price they sold it for.
Now it is Monday and I was told they are trying to fill the order, but because of Mother's Day no one still wants to fill my order, keep in mind this was a Mother's Day gift. and now even the day after they cannot deliver the flowers.


General Comments

Just Flowers has a mis leading webesite, takes orders without having a local flourist willing to deliver the flowers or products.
