Am very disappointed with Ideal World call centre staff - extremely difficult to understand and discuss an issue with. When my item did not appear after the 10 day quoted delivery time (which is astonishing) I feared that my money was being taken without any recourse whatsoever. The call centre staff were unable to handle my complaint properly and the whole experience was thoroughly exhausting and I will not use them again. Eventually my item dit arrive thankfully.

On a separate note, which had already been turning me off I have noticed whilst watching the channel it is becoming considerably more downmarket all the time. It seems to be filled with products one would see on one of the info-mmerical channels rather than a quality shopping channel i.e. generally a load of gimmick/gadget products that that no one really wants being plugged for an hour!
