General Comments

Had an accident (scratch on door), and swiftcover arranged for my car to be taken to local garage. The garage said they could not give me an indication of time it would take to fix until they had seen it. After the car being away for a day and hearing nothing from the garage I called, only to be told that they wouldn't look at the car for another week as they were "too busy" (why take the car then????) and then swift cover would have to give authorisation which would take "a few days". All in all then the car will be away for a fortnight for a scratch on the door. Great!!!
