Bad Points

Hung up on me. You are passed from piller to post on the phone. Try to charge me for their mistakes.


General Comments

I had to involve trading standards when trying to claim a refund from Parts Gateway. The goods I ordered did not come when promised so I cancelled my order. The day after I had cancelled, the stuff turned up. I called them and they said it was not a problem. Just return it with a receipt of postage and they would refund the full amount. I did this. 3 weeks and many phone calls later I had not received my refund. Then they told me that they would not refund the full amount. They would charge me a 25% handling fee, £10 postage and I would have to foot the bill for returning it (£15.99); leaving me over £43 out of pocket. At this point, I took it up with trading standards.
