General Comments

Ernest Jones Sales staff quite pushy. I was fetched inside by a member of staff who saw me window shopping and before I knew it, I had purchased a £1700 Omega watch for my husbands birthday. It was the watch I had intended purchasing but I had intended taking a bit of time about it. After buying it, we found out that the clasp was opening by itself. When we took it back to the shop they sent it away to get the clasp replaced. This took 7 weeks. When we took it back, it was no better. We have been refused a replacement or refund on a watch which can't be worn. I am taking this further but will never shop in an Ernest Jones shop again
