romantic guest cottages, three-tiered swimming pool, great hosts and staff, food, working cocoa plantation, flowering plants, hummingbirds everywhere.
Bad Points
Cottages could use an extra dresser
General Comments
Fond Doux Plantation is a tropical hideaway complete with flowers, tropical fruits and birds. Welcoming hosts are supported by a great staff that make you feel you are the only guest they have to please.
Guest cottages have king-beds, sitting area and gingerbread-style trimmed porches.
The restaurant is as romantic as it gets and the food and drink are excellent.
