Good Points

Beach,Food,Facilities(Gym, with pool and massage, tennis, table tennis, moorish coffee shop, gift shop, night club-it goes on) Location to Airport, it pretty much nails it for a beach holiday hotel to be honest....................

Bad Points

The staff in the Tennis courts seem to be on a different planet from the rest of the staff, which probably won't affect most guests, unless you play tennis !
The main other bad point are guests who want to pay a few hundred pounds, expecting the hotel to be in the same class as a new build all inclusive resort where you'd pay £2500.
For the money, it exceeds all expectations

General Comments

Friendly Hotel(see below) Great Beach, Good Food
If you are polite you will be treated with great courtesy and helpfulness

The facilities at Marhaba Beach are good, the animation team are really helpful and fun.
If something is not going as expected it will be resolvable, the all inclusive card system seems to cause a few problems for a few guests opting to go this route. However, this seems to stem from brochures and peoples slightly skewed understanding of 'all inclusive' systems in Hotels, that are not 'All Inclusive Resorts Only'
After a great week I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
Please don't forget the tipping culture-half a dinar for coffee for example, a dinar for a sunbed, good waiter service for dinner etc, and you won't go far wrong.
A dinar is 50p, so expect to spend a couple of pounds a day in tips, and be happy about it.
Not surprisingly, if you are as tight as a ducks bottom, you may not click with the well educated, multi lingual but poorly paid (as is typical in Tunisia) staff quite so well...............
It is a fab hotel if you make it so, and know how to behave. You will make friends...you'd have to go out of your way not to !
