Good Points

It looks good, ok they unpacked it on delivery !!!


Bad Points

Overall quality - not hard wearing
Poor after sales support


General Comments

We have bought a full range of sonoma furniture from Marks and Spencer and have had quality issues with every one.
The glass cabinet had a large gap inside which we only noticed a few months later
The coffee table has had some water damage from a small spillage of not boiling water !!! - which shouldn't happen
The kitchen table has a number of indentations where small spillages not noticed immediately and resulted in taking the varnish clean off down to the wood
We have had M&S assessor out who says it is all our fault - M&S tables are just for show it seems
