General Comments
I am with Vodafone for the network coverage, which is the best in my area (North East England).
The first 4 months of the contract was nothing but problems!
They gave me a rough start, crewed everything up and made being a Vodafone customer very difficult.
Now they seem fine, I have customer service assistants phoning me with new offers and making sure that nothing is wrong with my phone.
I still have problems with internet occasionally cutting out on my phone, but I no longer have problems other than that.
I have heard that most people find that they have trouble while starting off with Vodafone and it can take a couple of months to get it right.
