none exsistant customer service, lack of information about what is happening.
basicaly everything about the company is wrong.


General Comments

If you like wasting your time, and money, and enjoy being messed around then elephant is the right company for you. If not i would stay well away.

I had an crash in my car, and phoned them the same day to report it. They assured me that it was going to be sorted straight away. It wasn't untill a month later that i had to call them to find out what was happening, fortunatly i was still able to drive my car. They did not know then, so called me back the next day to tell me that my car had been written off, and gave me a list of documents to send them so they could then proceed with my final cheque. After an abundance of calls i received a letter from them telling me they had cancelled my insurance and another list of documents i would need to send them. I am currently still trying to sort everything out and its been best part of a week so far, i do not know how long it is going to take.
