General Comments
i have been with sky broadband for the past 3 years and to be honest after the initial setup iv not had any problems. but after moving to a bigger house iv discovered the router is not powerfull enough to get a good signal all round the house,this is where all my problems have started..be warned you can only use the router they supply if you want a nice powerfull one to play online gaming for instance your doomed..this is my fourth week of trying to obtain my mac code from them iv spent hours on the phone on hold only to be cut off after 22 mins ov waiting. iv been told my mac code is in the post but nothing ever arrives so i have to go through the whole process again as i type im on hold to them trying to get through. on the whole the service is ok but if you have any sort of technical problem you are diverted to a call center in another country where its hard to understand the operator. im really really dissapointed in sky i feel let down by them...yes you are getting cheap internet and i suppose you get what you pay for..my advice is dont go near them.
