The professional, yet friendly manner we were dealt with throughout. The cleanliness of the room, the hotel in general and the restaurant. Well done!

General Comments
My family and I stayed at the Petersfield Great Oak Premier Travel Inn this weekend. We were very impressed by the standard of service we received. We hadn't made an advanced booking, but was dealt with exceptionally well at Reception and indeed all staff we encountered during our stay. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. We can recommend this hotel and would consider staying there again without hesitation. Thanks.
