Didn't just price match - beat the price I would have paid online

General Comments

Jessops, Worcester store gave wonderful service. I rang them to ask for advice about a model I was thinking of buying and was delighted to find that the person I spoke to was both knowledgeable and helpful. I was expecting to pay about £200 (having researched the cost online) and ended up paying £225 - but for that I also received a camera bag, a spare battery and a 2gb XD picture card. I had to haggle but I was well chuffed! I can't comment on their after sales service as thankfully I haven't had need of it. I would also like to add that I spoke to the same man three times in the space of an hour and this was on a Saturday morning so I can't think that they were particularly quiet. What a saint he really was.
