Rider 2 with Wrong SD card
They sold me a GPS with a card that was from a different tomtom, I called Tomtom and they told me to go back to the store and have it swapped as it might affect the warranty if I ever needed a replacement, It was less than 1 week after purchase and Pentagon just argued over the phone, I had had to ask tomtom to call them and ask to have it swapped and the store even told tomtom it was their problem. In the end Tomtom sent me the correct Map themselves as Pentagon refused to help. I will never shop with pentagon again.
Tomtom were fantastic and even called me back to let me know how things were going.
