Service is great. Parcel arrives well in time. It is really economical. Very reliable, good customer service.
Bad Points
Even though you fill in details online, the courier still turns up with a blank form which he takes time to fill, sometimes 15mins filling up the form.
General Comments
I started using Parcel Flight last year and ever since I have not used any other. Many times my parcel arrives within 2/3 days, 3 dys max. Everything intact. I now have some friends using the service too. It is hard to find a service that picks up from Aberdeen to deliver to Abuja, Nigeria, this service always delivers. They search the contents, I dont mind. The parcel arrives in one piece.
