Bad Points

No contact. They ignore your calls and emails and take your money without delivering the goods.


General Comments

Ordered via the website in January, money taken from my account February. Now May and no magazine which was actually for a birthday present in February! No reply to phone calls or emails. I finally drove to the address today and demanded my money back. It was Sunday so the office was actually shut but a nice lady gave me the money out of the till saying they have had a lot of complaints. Don't confuse the lovely bookshop with the online business Lord knows what they are doing with the money/orders. I can now buy the subscription direct from BBC magazines and have it delivered by the next edition. I have also contacted Trading Standards
