technical department and they new google phone poor battery life tho

REALLY REALLY POOR customer serivce. poor reception, poor after sales. JUST poor all around


General Comments

T-Mobile is the worst network I been on and I been on all of them. First I was miss-sold the phone and the contact, then they removed a tower in my area so I had no signal in my house and poor signal out side, I had to go out side to make calls and listen to my voice mail (only thing I can do) complaint a lot to every one at all levels for long time no one really cared. Customer service was a joke I was told in so many words you signed a contact so your stuck with it. I was losing business because none of my client could get hold of me so I ended up cancelling my contract with penalty of £198. I ' m not the only one who had a bad experience with t-mobile they fine until you don ' t have problem but soon as you do they don ' t care.
