the access numbers not working half the time, taking endless attempts to finally get one to work, some that NEVER work and then when I finally get through to my call the person cannot hear me or it is garbled etc. it was perfect at first (4 month customer spending 100's of dollars) but it turned into a nightmare and intolerable in the last month. Tel3 customer service answers phone right away--but then listen patiently and that is it!!!! They dont do anything--you get a form email the day after saying problem has been fixed when nothing has been done. I wrote them back to say why did you send this--nothing has been fixed. They then said the reason they said that was that they checked and there was no problem with my calls!!!
