1 ring I bought the stone fell out But the refunded money as they did not have a replacement

Bought 2 more rings from Jewellery Channel 1 centre Tanzanite stone fell out. !! also a diamond ring which I sent back after a stone fell out they repaired it, Decided to wear it again after about 9 months and 2 more stones fell out, returned the 2 rings only to be told that the year Guarantee had run out and they wanted me to pay £50 . to have them both repaired. The Tanzanite ring I bought for a present and held on to it for 9 months till last xmas so she has only had the present a few months plus she had only worn it approx 5 times!!!!!!
The Diamond ring must have been faulty as this is the 2nd tme its been returned and is only worn when I go out, But then Diamond rings should be able to be worn every day, Very disappointed with the poor quality, bought Tanzanite Earings in white Gold so flimsey they bend when put in the ears, Really worrid as also bought other Jewellery which have never been worn really worrid now as if a stone falls out them they have had it, the Jewellery is not cheap if you can only were it a few times before stones fall out, Get much Better quality from Gems TV and Ebay
