Good Points

There were 4 pools but you had to go across the road to go to the other two. The staff were really nice and you could just talk to them and they will come and have a swim with you. The nights were really good and i enjoyed it but that was all.


Bad Points

There was no entertainment in the day like kids club etc.


General Comments

I went to Melissa Gardens, Side with my nan and parents. When we rang up to see if there was a lift and they told us there so when we arrived we were shocked to be told that there was no lift so they had to move us to the bottom floor. As soon as we got in to the room we were disgusted the beds were not nice and the curtains were all filthy. Early the next morning we went down to reception and got the to move us and far wall to them they did but they were not happy about that one little bit and to say my dad is Turkish we were really shocked.
