Expert Logistics were supposed to deliver a washer dryer from Boots. With an 11-3 delivery slot they called at 2.55 to confirm my address. They would neither accept directions nor tell me where they were. I waited at the window and received a call 20 minutes later to say that they had attempted to deliver but had been turned away. Plainly this was a lie. I will not be using Boots for household appliances as long as they use Expert Logistics and would recommend others do likewise. I went to the high street to a local company who had my new washer dryer delivered within two hours, It is now purring away.
