General Comments

Interestingly, they've started doing reviews on the site. I wanted to write a review, and emailed their helpdesk. I recieved the below back:

"The facility to write reviews that are published on the website is available on a random basis for items that have been ordered and kept for 14 days. If you meet the criteria and are selected, you will receive an e-mail requesting you to write a review."

That's not very transparent, unbiased or ethical, is it? Selective reviews? I have returned an item because it was too see-through, but won't be able to have this feedback about the item recorded on the site because I didn't keep it for 14 days?

Wow, nice going there Next. Choosing to show reviews of things people like. DIshonest, much?
