Bad Points

I was offered a loan over the phone and told how much to repayments would be a month and that the paperwork would be in the post, but first I had to pay a 69.50 admin fee, which I did by debit card as requested. The 69.50 left my account within 2 days. I then received the paper work in the post, signed it as requested and sent it back. I then received a phone call to say that they couldn't help me afterall so I requested the return of my admin fee, and was told that I would have to put it in writing. Although I think this is unfair as they can take money from your account straight away they can't reimburse you apart from sending you a cheque. I put this in writing to them and rang them a week or so later and was told that there was a cheque run that day and I would receive my cheque early the following week. STILL NOTHING!!! I then received a letter saying I would receive my cheque within 14 days, STILL NOTHING, so I rang them again and was told that was an error on the letter and they had upto 30 days to return my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor, surprise surprise I couldn't, they couldn't put me through to the department that deals with the refiunds because they don't take incoming calls. I emailed them on their email address and weeks later got a reply stating that this email address was no longer valid. The last time I spoke to someone I was told oh we have got upto 5 May to return your money, well guess what its now 9th of May and im still waiting. Needless to say I will be phoning them again. I would urge anybody who is thinking about using them NOT TO!!!!


General Comments

Would not recommend Yes Loans to anybody. I have only rated them as 1 as it will not submit my review if I enter a rating of 0, need I say more
