1st Ring they could not repair so they sent a refund
2nd ring a Diamond ring they repaired after only having a couple of months and only wore twice, a diamond fell out., After that I never wore for about 6 months then 1st time I wore it again 2 Diamonds fell out ,,I returned it, was asked for £30. to repair a ring which was faulty from day 1.....
3rd ring a Tanzanite 3 stone ring. Bought For a Bithday march 2008 took 6 weeks to be resized so missed Daughter Birthday so saved it for xmas 2008 she has worn that only a few times and the centre stone fell out of that, They now want me to pay £20 to have that repaired... because its ater the 12 month

Thought the The Jewellery Channel Jewellery was presented well And looks really good Quality for the money, Until you buy it !! I have bought at least 20 Items for different members of my family for presents Every one seemed pleased with it until stones start falling out,
So actually the jewellery is quite expensive when you consider you can only wear it a few times before its had it , unless you want to pay for repairs,, Bought lots of rings from Gems TV good qualty wear every day . Much more superior quality
