General Comments

Unfortunately I did not check epinions.com before trusting this company with the order and delivery of my Mothers Day Flowers. On Wednesday, May 6th, I order a bouquet of flowers from justflowers.com. The flowers were scheduled to be delivered to my mother's workplace on May 8th, 2009 between the hours of 9am and 2pm. The flowers were never delivered.

After 45 minutes on hold (no, that is not an exaggeration), I finally made contact with a customer service representative whom I could hardly understand. After interrogating me for several minutes, she put me on hold once again. Another ten minutes passed before she got back on and apologized for the "confusion". I was informed the flowers were not delivered because they flower shop was "slammed" with orders for Mothers Day flowers.

"Not to worry," she said, "we will have the flowers delivered to your home address before 6pm."

At this point I was so upset, I requested a refund of the entire purchase. She informed me a refund was not possible and I would need to have the flowers delivered to my home address. If I wished to cancel the order they would refund $10 for the inconvenience of failed delivery. So, I would get $10 back from a $60 dollar flower arrangement which I wouldn't even receive.

I will never use justflowers.com again, and I suggest (unless you enjoy dissapointing those you love) you choose another company to conduct your business with.
