Good Points

We bought this one because both fridge and freezer were decent size with plenty of shelves.


Bad Points

Product has probably ended up costing £250 (at least) more than purchase price because of all the food we have had to throw away (there is an excess on claims on home insurance so we haven't made claims).


General Comments

Purchased just over a year ago. Had to have engineer out twice in first year for major problems which resulted in loss of entire fridge and freezer contents both times. Beko not interested in the slightest when we sent letter of complaint. Awaiting another engineer visit at the moment (luckily we took out extended warranty at end of first year after problems we had experienced)as the fridge temperature is 10 degrees above safe temperature so more food ruined.
