Bad Points
Huge excess plus 20% on top per condition.
Extortionate premiums.
General Comments
Marks and Spencer Pet Insurance Sucked everyone in with their zero excess offer then changed it without warning.
Anyone who owns a pet with an existing conditions is royally stuffed.
Premium has this year gone from £24 per month to £48.
