Bad Points

That you can never really know for certain that the holiday you are booking is actually being booked for you. Totally untrustworthy company. Being told to wait 48 hours before contacting when in 48 hours the prices can increase considerably.


General Comments

Ive had an extremely frustrating time with Holiday Hypermarket and feel like i have been cheated. I booked online a holiday including paying the deposit. i received an email confirming that it was being processed but would receive a further email confirming the actual booking within 48 hrs. I didnt receive it so therefore called them when they told me the booking hadnt gone through and that the holiday that i presumed i had paid a deposit on went up £90!!! I was told it wasnt their fault it was their internet providers!!! I will never use this company again.

    Here at www.Holidayhypermarket.co.uk we value all customer feedback and as result are currently working on ammending the wording on our email and on screen confirmations. We have extended our after sales opening hours to enable are staff to quickly resolve any issues that might be encountered when booking online and now have a freephone number for customers to ring and speak to our order proccessing team.

    Our IT support team are committed to making the customers journey as simple and straight forward as possible. A new version of the site is in development and due to launch later this year.

    The concerns raised in your review should all be addressed by these developments.
