Good Points

Trans-Atlantic flight was good.


Bad Points

***Very poorly organized airline*** Little pilot communication when we were delayed 5 hours (on the plane the whole time). No concern for commuters that needed to catch connections.


General Comments

My flights were delayed and many missed their connections. Upon return our plane broke and we had to board another plane. Continental redirected us to Cleveland even though we were Toronto bound and we sat there for hours with no air circulation on the plane and no food offered. The overall experience was terrible and I will not use them again.
