Good Points

Easy To Purchase.
Reasonable Price


Bad Points

Fail To Pay out on Holiday Losses even with Police Proof of Burglary & theft.
Fail to reply to emails.


General Comments

Easy to purchase Holiday Insurance from travel plan direct.

We should have asked what percentage of claims are paid.

Staff are very polite, even when they are refusing to pay without reason.
