I have been a customer of Lloyds TSB for about 40 years. My wife and I travel to Australia regularly and use travellers cheques.
In previous years there was no commission to pay . Now suddenly 1.5% without any notice to me whatsoever. I am awaiting a call from the manager but if this charge is not waived on this occasion then on principle I will leave .
