Had a Weatherseal Rep round today. Firstly He was late. He talked for an hour and rubbished every other company and their products under the sun. Then started with a sales pitch which involved getting on his 'boss' on the phone who had to speak to my girlfriend (only able to speak to person who originally booked Visit) preceded to pressure her into her making a decision today with one day only discounts etc.
Would not measure or issue a quote unless we agreed we would sign up for windows today.Therefore Rep left without quoting, Said he had no info to leave us on specs to compare with other brands and would not quote.
What is that all about?
How many other companies can treat potential clients like this?
