Good Points

They offer perhaps the best prices i can find anywhere, their website is full of great stuff for amateurs and has very good information to help guide u. Their range seems large and well documented. Always very friendly staff on the phone.


Bad Points

I didnt receive any feedback to say that they were waiting for stock to come in before i phoned up. Perhaps they could keep a closer eye on their current orders to keep people who have parted with fair amounts of money from worrying ^^


General Comments

Bought twice from Scopes N Skies . First was a Skywatcher Explorer 130mm with motor - came next day works nicely and was a good price in my opinion. I had ordered a 2" eyepiece that wouldnt have worked with it so they phoned me up and offered to take it off the order or send me a different eyepiece that would fit my scope. Great service there, was chuffed. 2nd eyepiece was never charged and didnt arrive however ^^. Second i ordered new eyepieces, a barlow, binos and other small bits. Didnt arrive after a week (next day delivery) so i phoned...they didnt have the barlow so hadnt sent my order yet. When i asked if they could just send me the stuff they had first and that i could wait for the barlow they agreed. Was easy to sort out for me.
