Good Points
None that I can see. Other comparison sites have proved much better in terms of deals.
Bad Points
Taking too many personal details when this is not necessary.
Signing you up to junk mailing lists (i.e. selling your personal information). This is a bad business model that will annoy your customers!
General Comments
I had to provide various information to become signed up to confused.com. I then had my details shared with various other companies (i.e. junk mail lists), NOT what I want.
I complained to confused.com and they promised me they'd remove me from their mailing lists. However, I still get mailings and I would never advise anyone else to use them.
