Absoloutely awful, Think Banking Managed Account said my pay cheque would take 3 days to clear, 10 days later and lot of hassle i could access my money. Card payments/withdrawals refused, but only intermittently, took them 2 months to decide there may be an error with the card then said they wouldnt charge me to replace it! Never less than a 10 minute wait to speak to an advisor, hence a rise in phone bills! Advisors not fulfilling what they say to try and keep you happy. Not setting up account add ons like text banking when they said they would, hence more calls to them.
