Hours wasted trying to speak to a 'customer services advisor', the attitude of some staff.


General Comments

Really rubbish customer service. Although the cost of the insurance was cheaper than other qoutes, which is why I accepted it, the value for money in relation to customer service is very poor. After having taken out my AA policy onlyf ourdays ago, I am cancelling it!
