Good Points

Fast, uncomplicated login process. The best I've seen.

Fairly responsive website - when it works (was down for several days at one point).

Rarely make mistakes with banking transactions - vital for a bank.


Bad Points

No APACS Faster Payment Service.

No obvious development of the website, features or brand.

Sometimes below-par responses from contact centre, although this varies.


General Comments

Cahoot Internet Banking are Stuck with what seems to me like no new features, no improvements and no direction since it launched. Was a ground-breaking website once upon a time. Now appears left alone and dejected by parents Santander.

Who knows what happed to Webcard, their internet payment protection card.

Nobody knows when they will accept or receive Faster Payments (pretty much all other UK banks can now). It still takes several days for money to leave or go into my account.

In general, once were good, still not really that bad, but falling more behind every day. There are banks with a better online presence.
