Bad Points
No one is interested in you when you go into the store. Or when you complain by email to head office as I did.
General Comments
I enjoyed reading the reviews, it has made my mind up not to go to B and Q for my new kitchen, think I will stick to Howdens. B and Q have tried to rip me off with the price of fitting and telling me I needed things when I didn't. I have tried to complain but no one is interested. I asked if I could by the units and have thm fitted myself but I would let them fit the Onyx worktop which I had set my heart on, they said unless they fitted the whole kitchen they wouldn't sell me the work top. Who do they think they are to dictate to me who is going to fit my kitchen !! I have heard good reports about Howdens and they seems very friendly and helpful so think I will go there. B and Q obviously are making enough money , they don't need mine.
