Bad Points

Call centre staff are very obviously scripted, but polite. However, if you require anything outside of what their script says, you may as well go and hit your head against a brick wall!
I'm not going to get what I want, so I'm not wasting my energy on this useless company any longer.


General Comments

When I decided to switch back to BT, Homecall Broadband cancelled my account immediately, leaving me without any service at all. I have ben passed from one department to the next without getting my service restored. I was told at one point that I had not been a customer of theirs since Dec 2006! Can I claim back all the charges that I've paid them since then?!?!
