Good Points

I'm Thinking.... Some of their people are really nice.


Bad Points

1) Omg...I hate the automated system.
2) I have already been told that these returned items totaling approximately $250.00 have been sitting in the warehouse for over 2 weeks now. I will not get a credit for these items for 1 to 2 billing cycles. About 6 weeks or so. (Because this is how it is done!) So they have their product, I am paying 22.8% interest on it and they refuse to give me my credit. What a scam. They have lost a customer. I know this does not matter to them. I am just one person (a number to them). So to them "So What". But these days...the only differ between them and the next guy that offers the same thing is CUSTOMER SERVICE.
So I say to them...

General Comments

In March I did a check on my credit report and saw that Newport News showed that I had an outstanding balance. I have not used this account in about 2 yrs. and it was paid in full. I called to have them correct this error on my credit report. They then told me that my account was closed due to inactivity. I told them, it better not be. I did not ask to have the account closed. That looks even worse on a credit report. At least the balance showing due was current. They then said , oh no it was just inactive.(This should have been a clear indicator to stay clear) Then they asked if I would like to reactivate my account. I thought why not? So I placed an order on 3-19-09 for $150.00 It was not even shipped until 3-24-09. (Again a sign I should have stayed cleared) They can not explain why. I did not receive it until the week of the 13Th of April. That is ridiculous. I wanted these clothes to take on a trip. They did not fit like as the measurements stated on-line. So I sent everything back immediately, on the 13Th of April. I then placed a new order on the 13Th for approximately $120.00. When it arrived and I shipped most of it back. That was around the 23rd of April. I then ordered a couple of other items totaling about $79.00. These I kept.
