Went to Phones 4U for simple upgrade-
managed to setup a wrong contract - so I was getting charged for internet usage, also was told that insurance can be cancelled at any time
rang up helpline regarding contracts - phone gets disconnected as with the message saying contact network provider.
During upgrade I was told that switching from being an online customer to a normal customer is fine - but big difference as I need to go through Phones4U everytime I need to query bill.
I will never go back to Phones 4U.
