Good Points

Low prices, free delivery, product arrived in good condition


Bad Points

Although delivery is free it is very slow and you will be waiting a long time before receiving anything. They will not tell you if your order is out of stock or delayed. Customer service is very poor if you try to email or ring them


General Comments

I have ordered three times from this website and all three times I have had to wait nearly two weeks for delivery of my items. When I have tried to contact customer services to enquire about my order, they were most unhelpful. Although the prices are low and delivery is free, It is not considerably cheaper than other websites such as Play or Amazon, who offer quicker delivery and better service. Best advice is too look around other sites to see if there is a considerable price difference on what you want. If there is and you are willing to wait then HMV is fine.
