Staff were polite and sounded friendly.
Bad Points
Were powerless to offer even a goodwill gesture refund or partial credit.
General Comments
I booked a flight, hotel and transfers with Travel Republic and it cost me £83 more than if I had booked with the flight company direct! This was due to the delay in their booking on my behalf as they act as an agent and by the time they did book, the airline had increased the flight price. My advice - if you are booking flights go direct.
